I don't have experiance with Las Vegas but based on my lack of a tower in
Dallas
I can tell you need to check the EXACT city ordinance that deals directly with
amatuer radio towers. From personal experiance that in the City of Dallas they
quietly have banned towers in many locations and they don't care about PRB-1 or
the State of Texas PRB-1. And if you don't have the $$$$ to pursue it your
screwed
