Here's an easy calculator:

The weird thing about this calculator is that everything is in feet except
for the depth, which is in inches. Be careful!

Unless you're a long truck ride, somewhere you can't get it, consider
ready-mix concrete. It make a job MUCH easier, saves hours of back breaking
work, and you get a mix that is probably a lot better than you can do
yourself.

(Just poured a base - 3.5' x 3.5' x 7' nominally, hole is actually bigger.
$400 for concrete was a deal compared to mixing 200 bags!)
