AQ little Foresight is always very good..
Consider making a video inventory of all internal and external equipment,
complete with narration. Then you can pull frames into stills as a
before/after presentation. In your still photo's you can superimpose current
pricing.
ie:, black arrow=Steppir antenna, cost $ XXXXXX, ........ red
arrow=Tailtwister rotator, cost $xxxxx...........Green arrow 1/2 Times
Hardline, 324 feet @ $xxxxxxx, etc
Also I gave my son a copy of the complete DVD so if the house burnt down how
would you identify and justify a Alpha 9500 and its cost...????

If you go to my "Shack Web Site" and study the pictures its evident that the
way they were taken it will be easy to justify the equipments existence,
and also prove there was a accepted ground system.

Why not? When I received the check it included standard pay at close to
$50 per hour back then. It wouldn't hurt to include the hours it takes
to do the repair or replacement. It all depends on the insurance
company. As you don't do antenna work for others with pay, you might
need to get an estimate from a tower climber.
Look around for professional outfits that do that kind of work and tell
them you need an estimate. They'll charge for it, so ask how much it'd
cost for an estimate for your insurance company.
