I've been told its necessary to break guys into 9 ft lengths where an
antenna rotating under the guy will come close, defined as one or two
feet, from a 25 ft section of guy wire.
What if an antenna rotating under a 25 ft section of guy will come no
closer than 12 to 15 ft? Still necessary to break up the guy into 9 ft
sections? Does anyone have any direct experience with this configuration?
