I think the circuits are the same as the dxs series, in those there is a
fuse on the back of the control box.  If you don't see one of those on the
dxa maybe its internal on those.  On the dxs the bulb fails quite a bit so
check for output voltage and movement of the pointer to be sure its not
working.
