It's in a very pretty area of the coastal hills near Carmel. When it
says 25 miles from Carmel, that's along a 1.5 lane road that winds
through the trees and valleys, and it's going to take the better part of
hour to get there. Likewise, coming from the 101 from King City.
I don't know if it would be all that wonderful a ham site. It's down in
the bottom of the valley with fairly high hills on either side.
Elevation at the site is about 1000 ft and the hills around it are about
2000 ft high. The valley is less than a mile wide.

The earth station is a bit north east of the street address and quite
obvious in the aerial photo. Antenna is north of building.
