Also a good and sane suggestion;

I bought land in a bad neighborhood for this site. I bought into the
bad neighborhood because of the proximity of fiber from two companies
combined with good elevation. The wireless link will be a third
provider. There are 4 meth labs within a thousand feet of the site. I
need the concrete building for security.

Initially I had planned for the building and tower to be separate but
later decided to try to use the structure of the building to provide
additional support or height for the tower. A new Trylon or US Tower
self supporting tower would cost more than the currently planned
building and tower.

Thank you.
