He never said what tower or height his tower is.  Rohn has freestanding 
specifications for 25, 45, 55 and 65 towers and they also make SSV self 
supporting towers.

Doesn't that contradict the basic rule:  Do what the manufacturer says???

Rohn tower, if I remember correctly is designed to be GUYED ... not  
free-standing.
