Dave,

I have designed a hinged base for my LM-470 using finite element stress
analysis techniques. The design in present form uses (6) 1-1/8" x 36" high
strength anchor bolts and facilitates service tilt-over with an over-travel
stop and adjustable leveling. Please contact me off-line for more
information.

an LM470 mounting plate that fits on anchor bolts?

Normally the LM470 mounts on a special base section that is buried in
concrete. If you want to move the tower, you have to buy another base
section from the factory. What are you guys talking about?
