Ya that is the same thing I ran into.
I opted to use the t plate so I can re plum if needed. I  made my own t plate.

Are you sure its a hygain?  I have the hg70hd and the manual but it uses
the rear cage with the ears welded....no T plate.

Maybe its a us tower model?
