[TowerTalk] 30M rotary dipole

Has anybody made a home-brewed a 30M rotary dipole, either full-size or 
shortened?  Did you have plans or draw any?  Yes, I can figure it out 
myself, but if someone has already done it with documentation . . . . . . .
