It looks to me like all you have on 40 is a rotatable dipole.The gain is specified as 0Dbd, but since it's a shortened dipole that's not true. Gain must be less than 0 dBd. There are a new pair of traps and a new pair of capacity hats for 40. The hats are not used on 30.
