The HFTA author, Dean Straw, N6BV, did a very good WebEx several years
ago. I think PVRC organized it, and it may be on their website. I also
had to merge several DEMs and got everything to work, but it's been long
enough ago that I don't remember a thing about the process. There have
also been periodic changes in how the data is presented and/or
distributed. You might check the ARRL website for any updates made after
Dean's WebEx.
