Are you suggesting the liquid tight for a covering on the cables going to the antenna on a crank-up tower?

Flexible conduit which is both outdoor and UV rated is used in the electrical
industry. One brand is "Liquidtight" (tm) and comes in many sizes
from maybe 3/4 in ID on up to 2 in. It also comes with fittings for attaching
to enclosures, etc.
