[TowerTalk] Ham IV won't reverse direction ... resolved

Turns out the motor start capacitor wires were wired across the controller side 
of the limit switches, not the motor leads.  Everything works now.  I think the 
previous owner put the capacitor near the rotator (long cable run, apparently), 
and played with the wires (don't know why).  Oh well...
