[TowerTalk] 40ft 110MPH tilt over tower

Hi all!
Wondering if such a beast is possible. Have looked at the Rohn FK series of
towers. However, the max wind speed that the tower/antenna load is rated
for is 90 MPH. I have a feeling that I need a PE for the definitive answer,
but any opinions are solicited.
I'd like to hang a satellite array at the top, nothing crazy.
