[TowerTalk] Emotator 105TSX rotator controller

I picked up an Emotator 105TSX rotator at a hamfest without the
controller.  I have found a PDF of the manual, so I have a place to
start from, but I have never built a rotator controller before.  I am
hoping one of you can advise me on how best to go about obtaining a
controller, or building my own.
