At age 76 we climb real slow now.  Keep both safety straps hooked,
disconnecting-reconnecting one at a time as we move up/down, and also keep
the positioning belt hooked except when going past guy connections. We were
on the way up the other day at about 60 feet when was "visited" by a bunch
of wasps...didn't get stung but ARMS WERE REAL BUSY SWATTING THEM AWAY
while the connections provided security. Could have gotten ugly if was free
climbing.....
