A PL259 connector shell is ~3/4" diameter, Type N's are slightly larger.  Aim 
for at least 20mm tubing if your meaning to seal those.-Mike-WA6ZTY

On eBay, you could search for "adhesive heat shrink".  Currently there
are 1,575 listings. 

I just started using the 1/2 inch size myself for coax. So far, so
good.
