I have purchased a used Rohn HDBX-48 to be installed at my new QTH. What do

need in the way of Mounting materials (mounting stubs,etc) and more
importantly, 

where can I get them. 

Does anyone know who actually stocks them. Can they be manufactured by an 
individual? I can't even find a picture of what one should look like.
