Forget the ATF, use vegetable oil. And you don't need 50 percent acetone,
try 30. I followed the formula in the Drexel U lab experiment and it worked
great on a big hinge tower bolt/nut that was horribly rusted.

PB blaster is a tiny bit better than WD-40..and that’s about it.
Don’t believe me...try it yourself. Acetone in tiny amounts, like half a
pint, is available at
any paint store or home depot. Synthetic ATF or regular good quality ATF
is available at any
auto supply parts store. Just shake up the mix real good.... just prior
to using it.
