where I work we are starting on a series of life and strength tests on 
composite poles meant to replace wood power and telephone poles. 
They look nice and very strong and come with appropriate pre-drilled 
attachments for brackets for crossarms and other things which would
be much nicer than the old stuff used to put antennas on wood poles. Has anyone 
tried to use these things for antennas yet?
