Good question.  I usually turn the beam away from the wind but I think it 
depends more on the physical size of the antenna so the answer may vary.  
Probably the best answer is to watch movement of the antenna in both positions 
and that would determine what to do.... Good luck.....   Russ  K5ZZR   My
