He's absolutely correct. This was discussed (over)extensively during the last
week! It is an electrical safety issue.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Tower ground and mains ground

Hi

I had an electrical inspector come to inspect some wiring in a room I am
renovating. During our discussion he told me that the ground rods I have
driven in the ground near the tower to ground it should also be tied to
the mains ground in the house at the electrical panel.

Any guidance on this matter would be appreciated
