Actually a tribander at 150' high has nulls at useful radiation angles and
you may not always get out like gang busters.  I would consider stacking
tribanders or putting the single one lower on the tower and leaving the
40m beam at the top.

    You should get out like gangbusters since  you're close to saltwater.

about all of your questions including some you haven't  thought of yet.
