I BELIEVE THAT IN 2015, AMERITRON HAS EITHER GONE TO OR HAS MADE AVAILABLE
THE RCS4L AND RCS 10L..............THE L STANDS FOR LIGHTING. NOT MUCH
DIFFERENCE IN PRICE SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT RCS4 OR 10, GO WITH THE "L"
VERSION. SOME OLDER STOCK MAY
NOT HAVE THE "LIGHTNING" UPDATE.

I have had a Alpha-Delta "Delta 4C". It is about 20 years old and I don't
think they even make it anymore but the make one that looks a little
different with the same "guts". I have had 2 lightning strikes and one of
them messed up the switch but Alpha Delta repaired it for a minimum cost.
It also has a Arc Plug in it too. I would highly recommend it.

I have three RCS-4. Thru the coax switching, never a failure in 4 yrs with
legal limit. Really nice not having to run control cables. one is
250 ft. from the shack.
