I'll bet not guyed.. Crankups don't usually guy on the top because it
puts loads on the hoist cable.
They deploy these things with some lightweight antenna (wireless
network, mini cell site, something like that) and if it falls over in
the wind, they pick it back up or deploy another one.
They are NOT designed or intended for permanent installation.
