I think they are a great idea. Several people have them at this office and
they are well made.
We had a plant in Denmark until we moved production to Poland a few years ago.
All the office desks there were electrically height adjustable. Picture a table
on which you could easily fit a decently equipped SO station and, with a flip
of a switch, you could stand and work for a while.
I thought they were great. I've never seen those here though.
