To all that replied to my antenna request. The antenna was the Cushcraft R-3
and I did find a manual online.

That's a Cushcraft R-3. 10/15/20 meters. Should have a control box for the
shack to run the motorized capacitor in the black box.

Hi All,
I removed a multiband trap vertical and am trying to get the type of antenna
and a manual if one is available. I think that it is a some type of
Cushcraft antenna but that is only a guess. The antenna has a tuning
Capacitor mounted in the black box.
I have placed pictures on the top of my QRZ page. If anyone is able to ID
the antenna and would please let me know what type of antenna this is.
