[TowerTalk] Drawing of Rohn 25 set in concrete

Seeking a simple drawing of a R25 straight section set in a 4 ft deep hole that 
will have the layer of gravel. Need to show building inspector how this can be 
done lieu of a concrete pad with rebar and base plate. 

This is a house bracketed 35 ft tower with VHF antennas.
