Today, after doing much work on antennas, coax etc., I brought US Tower

winch is designed to pull a jeep out of a rut, not to slowly lower a
jeep into a rut. It is unclear from the instructions how you control
the rate at which that winch pays out the cable when you are going down.
After you have tested the winch going down, can you explain the
results to us?
