Torque will be induced in a tower if wind blows from a direction not parallel to a guyline. As the tower leans, it will cause differential changes of guy tension, which will twist the tower. I have no idea of magnitude, but can imagine hundreds of foot pounds easily. Obviously a beam with asymmetric drag could be a significant contributor!
