Thank you to all that replied. I have a number of great ideas to follow-up
on for which motors are readily available, including a picture coming of a
rain hat to protect the motor. Mine still works, but 20% of the power
junction box is rusted away at the bottom.

Does anyone have the model number and a source for a
replacement raising/pull down motor for an HDX572 MDPL? The name plate on
mine accidently got painted over. I'm sure I could get one through US
Towers but hoping to get a better price elsewhere.
