As far as I know, this antenna is no longer being manufactured.
Antennas are generally easy to make or purchase parts for plus often
they can be improved. If I recall the C4 had a linear loaded 40m
dipole, if your issue is with that I would consider making it a coil
loaded dipole. If you just need tubing or hardware that is available
from a number of suppliers. I would replace any rusted Force12 U-Bolts
with stainless steel
