If you can get by with 1000 watts, use RG8X. DX Engineering has low loss RG8X.
Otherwise, plan on significant loss compared to RG213. You could also use
RG400, but with significant expense and loss.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Looking for a light coaxial

Hello

I am looking for a 50 ohms legal limit coaxial, but a light one, for a wire yagi

I am using 213 hanging from DE, but it’s too heavy and stress too much my rope
boom

Maybe a coaxial with center in aluminum? Or something lighter than cooper

Thanks!

Jorge
