McMaster-Carr has 18" eye bolts in several shank sizes:

these are galvanized. be careful, with the plating thickness one must use
the supplied nut.
If this is to hold the equilizer plate, the 5/8" listed capacity of 3500#
might be on the light side depending on your install?

4x4? tubular steel posts.

Rohn part number 260004p. The lowest price I saw was ~$100 and looks like list
is $128. And like you said, out of stock everywhere.
I'm not clear on where/how this gets used with the equalizer plate, but it
seems there must be a better option. I'm surprised nobody has offered advice on
that.
