[TowerTalk] Dielectric Loading of VHF/UHF Antennas

A few months ago I did some experiments with variable dielectric loading 
on a 100 MHz dipole, but I just recently got around to putting the 
results in a YouTube video.  The idea was to be able to tune an antenna 
without having to physically trim the elements. It's a bit long and 
clumsy, but I think parts of it might be of interest to some folks.
