   80CW 62 X 13
   40CW 44 X 8
   20CW 30 X 14
  TOTAL 136 X 35 = 4,760

I wish I could think of some really neat excuses as to why I didn't do
better, but the only few I can offer are:

My ears were out of tune and awful.
My fist was out of tune and awful.
It was my maiden voyage with TR, and you know how maiden voyages go.
(NOTE: I think TR is gonna be GREAT!)
My brain and biorhythms are out of tune and awful.

That's all I can think of for now. It was great to hear so many SKILLED
ops on the air. Even though this contest doesn't seem to be made for me,
I think it is truly a contest that displays real mastery by those who
know what mastery means. This isn't a contest of back-street brawlers
slugging it out, but rather one of Muhammed Ali's who know how to float
like butterflys and sting like bees. (Ali grew up across the river in
Louisville, and gave us a chance to see a great fighter in action!)

Also, I continue to find that you contesters are the cleanest, smartest,
most intelligent, fun-loving, competitive, and obnoxious part of ham
radio-all of which endears you to my heart! See you at Dayton.
