Decided to give QRP a shot just to see what its like. Put in about 10
hours on Saturday night only. Operated about 2 hours before 06z, when
almost no one east of the Mississippi could hear me. Hit 40 states after
a few hours and got hooked trying for WAS. Missed ME (heard W1DEO once)
and ID (on earlier). Actually managed a 43 hour CQing the 12z hour. Had a
nice frequency 150 Hz above the window. Even survived a hostile takeover
attempt by KD9SV.
