CQ DX LA4O SO 7MHz LP

Just a few hours on Sunday morning. Condx seemed to be good on 40 - lots of
Africa and South America. Just a pity they didn't hear my low power signal!
Unfortunately, also lots of activity below 7.040 - they don't even get the
chance of LA multiplier from me!
