Not enough rate...best hour was Sunday on 15meters  86.  Not sure
how my mult beat guys that beat me in every pileup (a lot that I
never got thru), the extra 4 to 10 hours I gained by not sleeping
were probably not the whole difference.  

Was a bit weak getting to bed by 9:30 every night last week, but felt
really good all weekend.  The Sunday 3 am slump was only moderately bad
and the bands were slow, so rummaged for food a little more than usual.
Was apparently trying to doze off when my neck snapped as my head went back,
and the pain was enough to end my sleepiness, before the bands started 
jumping.
