V26B update

I inadvertently left Charlie, K4VUD out of the operator listing of V26B. 
 Charlie was primarily there to film the operation, but did help out quite 
a bit on 10m after the main 10m, station switched over to 80m.  Using a 
tribander and a FT990, he deftly coerced many LU qsos after sunrise.

The correct operator list is :

K4VUD, WT3Q, WB2P, K3MQH, WA2UDT, AB2E, KF3P, N3ADL, KR2J
