[3830] Home-based Business Opportunity

I apologize for this post getting through.  The 3830 list has always been
"open" in the sense that you don't have to subscribe in order to post your
score.

I will changing the list to be closed to subscribers only.  However, scores
posted by non-subscribers will be bounced back to the list owner (me) for
approval.  There won't be more than a 24 hour delay of a posted score by a
non-subscriber.

Just trying to make the Internet a little safer...
