 Soapbox Comments

 A very enjoyable contest, and my best-ever effort in this one.  The opening
 on 20 mtrs on Sunday morning was the best one I've seen in awhile, with the
 band open to the entire world at one time.  I worked all continents in less
 than 15 minutes (or would have if the African station I heard wouldn't have
 been a dupe!)  The last 3 hours were basically trashed by a local thunder-
 storm which, when it didn't require me to disconnect completely, at least
 made the QRN intolerable.


 This is to certify that in the contest I have operated my transmitter within
 the limitations of my license and have observed fully the rules and
 regulations of the contest.
