Whooops !!!!  Egg on my face.  I received an E-mail from Bill K5FUV
stating that GI0KOW is correctly listed in QST.  I'd looked at the high-
claimed scores on the ARRL web page (where it is incorrectly listed) and
concluded that it must also be wrong in QST (which it wasn't).  Sorry
ARRL, I was wrong.

I should have known better as the ARRL are usually good at getting the
listings correct.  They certainly know how to issue certificates in a
timely manner.  Others should take note.
