[3830] Reminder - NAQP SSB Summary's

Just a reminder. 

Stan/N2RMZ, will be doing the NAQP SSB score summary as well as future SSB
contests. This splitting up of duties will (hopefully) keep the summary job
from getting to be too much for any one person.
