Comments:
Looks like I finished total 468 points ahead of Dan, LY1DS! Same problem here, lots of stations trying to work me as a dupe.
Condx quite good - I passed last year's score (@OF1AF) already after the 3½ hours operating! JA short path was very weak and short, the most of them came via long path, but for example ZL2DX and T88II were strong 599+ here on Sunday. US propagation was excellent but short ... the band closed around 1600z(sat), 1700z(sun) - it was a good enough to log over 300 US/VE stations, comparing 0 last year. Anyhow, I did not hear anything from West Coast or W7 (or VE4-8). About 70 of my 83 countries answered to my CQ, including 5 HS stations, HP, HC, PJ5, LZ0A, GU etc. - maybe our new short contest call helped?

I am enjoying now my after-contest Jameson whiskey drink - maybe in 1999 I will get GI and EI multipliers?
