Antennas:  Shunt fed 25M tower, 13 short radials
       	   RX Loop Array
		   Small city lot, lots of noise.


Surely few expected a repeat of last year's conditions, but G0IVZ was the only
European I heard, and just barely. Being an urban alligator, though, I worked
everything I heard.  I don't think there were a whole lot more than 263
stations audible in Wisconsin.  When the rate got below 4/hr, I went to bed. 
This is a really great contest, though.  Perhaps rescheduling and more
publicity will increase activity.
