[3830] N5TJ SPRINT CW Low Power

Don't have my hourly breakdown but they were pretty even at 75 each.
20 was pretty poor, maybe 80 Q's. W1/W2 were loud but not enough of them 
on!
40 was pretty much as usual.
80 was nice and quiet. Sure it helped my score being LP.

I am starting to enjoy this low power contesting stuff! No, not enough 
sunspots to try it in a DX Test yet, but soon!
