COMMENTS:
  Only my second RTTY contest, I thought activity was pretty slow
compared to the ARRL Roundup. Arctic flutter really made the copy
tough, 40M was worthless,
even with S5 EU sigs (pretty loud EU for this QTH).
  I had a real tough time with the serial numbers from
some of the EU - I would copy 599 POP POP (or PTP, etc)
and even on the repeat I would get letters instead of
numbers. Why is this?
